Godfrey Phillips India Limited on Thursday said its general counsel and senior management personnel, Jaishree Tolani, has resigned with immediate effect.

"We would like to inform you that Ms. Jaishree Tolani, General Counsel and a Senior Management Personnel of the Company, has tendered her resignation today, i.e., on 14th May 2026, seeking to be relieved immediately, and the same has been duly accepted with immediate effect," Godfrey Phillips India said in its exchange filing.

In a regulatory filing, the company said Tolani tendered her resignation on May 14, 2026, seeking to be relieved immediately, and the board has accepted the same with effect from the close of business hours on the same day.

Advt "I am writing to formally tender my resignation from the position of General Counsel of the Company, with immediate effect, due to family reasons," she said in her resignation letter.

Tolani cited personal and family reasons for stepping down, according to her resignation letter submitted to the company.

The disclosure was made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
