White & Case advises Revenio on acquisition of Visionix
White & Case LLP has advised Revenio Group Corporation (Revenio) on its agreement to acquire LT International SAS. Revenio is a supplier of ophthalmic diagnostics and software under the iCare brand, while Visionix has broad capabilities in diagnostic, screening, refraction, and finishing solutions.
This transaction represents a significant milestone in Revenio’s growth strategy, combining highly complementary products, software and customer portfolios, increasing Revenio’s total addressable market and laying the foundation for a broader and more integrated eye care offering for professionals across optometry, optical retail, and ophthalmology.
White & Case also advised Revenio on the financing aspects of the acquisition.
