Client Guide
Step-by-step instructions to complete your legal assessment and connect with a lawyer.

Open Services Page
From the navigation bar, click on Services.

Launch Law Connect
- Scroll down to Law Connect
- Click Launch Web App
- Select Client

Install Web App
- Use Chrome browser
- Tap Add to Home Screen
- Install the web app

Sign Up with Google
- Use your Google account
- Your Google name must show your real and correct name
- Fake or misleading names may cause account suspension within 24 hours

Complete Profile Details
- Fill all required fields
- Provide correct and genuine information
- Wrong details may lead to account banning

Create New Assessment
- You will reach the Home Screen
- Tap the + icon (top-right corner)

Choose Category & Answer Questions
- Select a legal category
- Complete the questionnaire

Review Assessment Result
- Read your assessment outcome
- If you want to talk to a real lawyer, click File Case

Enter Case Details
- Case subject
- Opponent’s details
- Primary location (most preferred court)
- Up to 3 secondary locations
- Detailed case statement

Submit Case
Review your details and submit the case.

Lawyer Assignment
- You should receive a lawyer within 24 hours
- Highly complex cases may take longer
Important Notice
Always use genuine information. Fake names, incorrect details, or misleading information can lead to permanent account suspension.
